The location is fantastic, close to the train station with various food spots around, including an affordable Indian restaurant and a supermarket nearby. The room itself had a cleverly disguised fridge, which was a nice surprise during our stay.
The bathroom was quite cramped, and the shower only offered warm water while the sink had only cold. Low lighting, and the terrace was disappointingly small with no seating available. Early check-out at 10:30 was a bit of a hassle, especially when most places allow for a noon departure. Housekeeping left used cups behind for multiple days, and even though I asked for milk for tea, it seemed like a hassle to get.

Had a great stay! The location close to Termini was perfect for us. The room was cozy with a cleverly hidden fridge, and we loved the fresh, varied breakfast. Just a heads-up, the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

The cleverly camouflaged fridge turned out to be a great surprise during my stay, offering convenience for those late-night snacks. Plus, the spot is easy to navigate, with local eateries just around the corner like an affordable Indian restaurant and other food spots, enhancing my overall experience.
I faced a few issues, like a broken plug near the bed, which forced me to charge my phone across the room. The bathroom left something to be desired with its cramped feel, limited to warm water from the shower, while a broken shower added to my frustrations after a long day of travel. the early check-out time at 10:30 a.m. felt like another hassle, especially since most places give you until noon.

great location but a few improvements needed
The location is superb. very close to iconic sites like the Pantheon. The air conditioning worked well, providing comfort during the warm days. Every day, my room was cleaned to a very high standard, and the black-out blinds were a nice touch, allowing for restful sleep after long days.
The bathroom layout felt cramped, making it challenging to maneuver comfortably.

Amazing location and vibe!
We had such a nice stay! The place was super clean and we loved hanging out in the lounge area with other travelers. The staff was always so helpful, too. Oh, and the Indian restaurant next door was a hit for quick meals. Only thing was the bathroom was a bit tight to move around in.
